Commissioned in collaboration with Groupe Chagall, Brownsburg School is one of DNS Industries' flagship institutional projects — a complete architectural millwork program spanning 16 classrooms plus the gymnasium, reception, and the shared spaces that connect them. Every component was engineered, CNC-machined, and finished in-house, then installed by our own team to a standard of precision rarely attempted at institutional scale. The design language is defined by curves. A flowing curved reception desk greets students at the entrance; classroom kitchens with durable solid-surface counters, lockers, and office casework pair warm wood with bright accent panels; cherry benches with hand-shaped curved ends and an LED-backlit wood feature wall bring craft into the everyday spaces between classes. Curved millwork at this level demands exacting templates, precision machining, and disciplined installation — the most complex curved tops were shop-fabricated to tight tolerances in the DNS facility before ever reaching the site.DNS Industries partners with interior designers, architects, school boards, and general contractors on institutional and commercial millwork programs ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000. Alongside the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte Elder Care residence and École L-P Paré, Brownsburg shows what that partnership delivers: the same craft, care, and precision in a school corridor as on the finest retail floor.
