DNS Industries built the fixture package for Mackage’s shop-in-shop inside Holt Renfrew at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga, Ontario: walnut display tables, display portals and a cash desk, made to the brand’s design standard and fitted to the host store’s floor and rules.
A shop-in-shop has to read as the brand while sitting inside someone else’s store. The fixtures had to carry Mackage’s look and materials, hold its product properly, and work within Holt Renfrew’s floor plan, sightlines and installation windows.
DNS drafted the shop drawings from the design intent, then CNC machined, finished and assembled the fixtures in its Vaughan facility. Millwork was built to be secured to the host store’s walls, then labelled and delivered to the host store’s receiving schedule for installation.
